We hope to stick to this schedule as closely as possible.
Please do not come before your allocated time as gymnasts will not be allowed into the hall any earlier. We will need one group to exit before the next group comes in. If it raining, please wait in your car, there is no need to queue at the door.
All competitors will receive a participation medal. There will be trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
Competition Attire
- Girls: Leotard (and shorts/leggings if the gymnast wishes to wear them) OR plain shorts/leggings and fitted t-shirt.
- Boys: Leotard and shorts OR plain shorts & fitted t-shirt.
- There is very little club kit available to buy, please check our online shop if you’re looking to buy something: Shop – Salto Gymnastics & Trampolining (saltocork.ie)
- Gym shoes are permitted. Otherwise gymnasts should be in bare feet.
- No jewellery, hair tied up neatly and securely.
Family and friends are welcome to come along to watch their gymnast perform.
