We offer programmes for girls and boys age 5 and over. Not everyone needs to join as a 5-year-old though, we can easily accommodate children or teenagers who have not done gymnastics before. Our recreational classes for Primary School children take place on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Our Teen classes take place on Wednesday and Friday evenings. We also run GymABLE classes and Special Olympics Rhythmic Gymnastics classes for children and teenagers.
The sport of gymnastics is very popular and we currently have over 600 members. We no longer operate a waiting list. Some spaces usually become available for new members each term. Details will be advertised on our website www.saltocork.ie.
