RECREATIONAL PROGRAMMES

We are offering several recreational programmes this year designed for different ages and ability levels.

TRAMPOLINE DEVELOPMENT

Competitive trampolining is a highly technical sport competed right up to Olympic level!

Our three girls have been members of Salto for several years now. They enjoy the fun sessions, meeting with friends and making new ones, and are always greeted with a friendly smile from the coaches. The club competition days gives them a great sense of pride as they get to show off their skills in front of an audience, while competing for the top prizes. In our experience the club itself is well run, with a clear set of rules, guidelines and safeguards in place.
